WELCOME TO YOUR STUDENTS' UNION
On behalf of the Students' Union we welcome you to the University of Bolton. We are an independent organisation working purely in the interests of all students and we wish you every success and happiness whilst you are here. We hope we can make your time in Bolton easier by providing you with all the information you will need.
For many of you this will be your first time in Britain, and we hope that once you get used to Bolton (and the weather!) you will enjoy your time with us and achieve a good degree.
Please feel free to use the Students' Union as one of your first points of contact. An important part of the Students' Union is the Advice Unit and you are welcome to come and meet any of us. If you have a specific query which requires expert advice, the Advice Unit Co-ordinator/President will be able to help you. Anything you tell us will be treated in strictest confidence.
Pease do not suffer in silence. Whatever your problem large or small we are here to help.
The Advice Unit is located on the lower ground floor of the Students' Union building, opposite the new Design Studio. (Contact the Student Centre in Eagle Mall if you need directions).
The Advice Unit is open Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 4.30pm during term time. During the vacations, times will vary and the Unit's opening times will be signposted during these periods.
