We need you!

We need girls to join our Women's Hockey team. No experience necessary, we will show you the ropes.

Playing hockey is a great way to exercise, keep fit and its really good for working off those beer bellies that you will develop (yes you will!!), meet new people and socialise.

You need absolutely no sporting background to join, just an open mind and a will to enjoy yourself.

Most of all, we pride ourselves on one FUNdamental value and that is having a 'blast' whether its on or off the pitch!

If this sounds like you, contact us or visit the Clubs & Societies Centre, lower ground in the Students' Union.

Last year, we improved our overall performance, and we want to do the same again. We participate in an organisation called British Universities Sports Association (BUSA), the league in which we compete is the Northern one i.e. Northwest and North Wales. Our season runs from October to February. Last year we even played in Spain!
