We are in a great location for all students at the University as we are just a stones throw from Deane and Eagle Campus, and a short walk from Chadwick Campus and Orlando and Hollins Halls of Residence.
The Venue Café Bar provides a wide range of food and drink from The All Day Big Breakfast, light snacks including sandwiches, paninis and jacket potatoes through to meal deals (any burger, choice of side order and medium soft drink) or maybe a healthy option is to your taste, we offer a variety of freshly prepared salads, wraps and platters. Don't forget to check out our specials board!
If you are in a rush most items on the menu are available to take away including our range of Fairtrade teas, coffees and hot chocolate.
There is a wide variety of alternative drinks on offer, ranging from a selection of soft drinks (including J2O, Coca-Cola, Lucozade and Water) to quality wines, spirits, draught beers (Fosters, Carlsberg, Stella , Kronenburg, Guinness, John Smiths and Strongbow) and branded bottles (WKD, VK, Smirnoff Ice and Reef ) to name a few.
We are also here to entertain you, The Venue Café Bar has 4 plasma screens (with Sub TV music channel) and a big screen showing live sporting events throughout the year, 2 pool tables and gaming machines.
Wireless internet is available via your laptop.

The Entertainment Committee organise regular themed nights to suit all tastes including a weekly quiz night, chill out zone, open mike/band night, rock night, old skool disco and beach parties!
On a final note we were the first licensed premises in Bolton to be awarded the "Best Bar None" award for social responsibility to our customers. We have since been reassessed and again achieved this award. As the title suggests we believe we are the BEST BAR NONE.....so come and visit us and find out for yourself, we know you won't be disappointed.
